With the state of the economy and such, it is hard to know how designers are going to react. For his second show in New York, Spanish designer David Delfin put a simple, graphic and overall exciting collection together for spring 2010. A sigh of relief! The looks are androgynous, the colors simple and bold, and the ensembles have interesting tailoring details. A perfect summation of his approach to design was from Style.com's Laird Borrelli-Persson who said, "Delfin might have veered rather radically between the tacky and the tasteful, but he has a strong point of view, and that's worth its weight in oro."
