5 Quick Easy Ways to Make Her Want to Get Closer

Okay boys, we all know that physical appearance plays a big role in the way other people perceive us. So don’t let yourself go if you are going to want to get naked with someone any time soon. Follow these five tips to keep looking and feeling your best, and she will be sure to want to get a little closer.

Don’t Let Your Hair Age You!
They say that men with graying hair look distinguished. Well, that’s great and all, but I personally am not too eager to welcome the grays. I’ll save “distinguished” for later. Taking the gray out shaves years off of your appearance and it’s one of the easiest things to do. There are plenty of at home solutions but if you are doing it for the first time, I suggest going to a hair stylist. Ask them for at home tips and watch what they are doing while they are dying your hair.

Another thing about hair, keeping your hair short if you’re balding is better than some sort of comb-over or funky grow out where you still have hair. And let’s be honest, a comb-over isn’t fooling anyone--embrace your balding self.

Pamper Your Face!
Sales of men's skin-care items have risen dramatically over the past few years, with an increasing number of products from which to choose. Companies are realizing that it’s not just women who care about they way the look, which is why many companies specifically geared towards men and men’s skin are seemingly popping up everywhere.

These companies understand that typically don’t like an involved skin care regime. Women will have all kinds of lotions and potions on their countertops resembling some sort of laboratory for the anti-aging obsessed. For men a simple twice daily routine includes cleansing and toning followed by a moisturizer. Use a moisturizer containing sunscreen in the morning and use a night moisturizer before bed. A few times a week use a gentle facial exfoliant scrub after cleansing and before toning. It’s simple and your skin will thank you.

You can also take care of your skin from the inside. Dr. Perricone, the anti-aging guru, says you can keep your skin young and healthy by eating certain foods. Such foods would be salmon (which contains DMAE, astaxanthin and the essential fatty acids), dark leafy vegetables, cantaloupe (cantaloupe is very hydrating to the skin and contains important antioxidants – blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries are also high in antioxidants), cooked oatmeal (not instant - cooked oatmeal is a great source of fiber and low in glycemic carbohydrates), hazelnuts, walnuts or almonds (all a great source of fatty acids and folic acid), asparagus, broccoli, spinach, but no root vegetables and of course drink lots of water.

Trim Your Hair! - I Mean Those Areas Below the Neck
Because you don’t want your lady friend to run screaming during an intimate moment, it is important to take care of those areas below the neck. It is a statistical fact that most women do not like excessive hair on men. Manscaping, as it has been donned, would include trimming and shaving where necessary (or permanent hair removal if you so choose).

Get a Manicure!
A woman also loves a man with strong hands, but if they look like and old pair of gloves then maybe not so much. Well-manicured nails as well as toes should be a part of a man’s grooming habits. And it wouldn’t hurt to get a professional pedicure and/or manicure once in a while. I like to get professional pedicures in the summertime since I wear sandals often.

Keep Your Smile Bright
A smile that sparkles is extremely important. So if your teeth lack luster, ask your dentist about the best bleaching options for you. Additionally, there are many at-home whitening products that can brighten up your smile quickly and relatively inexpensively.
