So men no longer have to check their masculinity at the door, listen to beauty gossip and pretend to read Glamour while they waiting for some sort of salon service. At Best Trim in Town there are cold drinks and flat screen TV's at every station with Direct TV (with personal remotes to boot) so that NY, Chicago and Boston transplants can watch Major League Baseball. They also have rare sports memorabilia, wireless internet access and men's interest magazines like Business Week, Forbes and Entrepreneur.
Let's not forget the main reason to go there. Their list of services includes cuts (of course), color, shaves, massage, waxing and shoe shines among other things. They also have pretty hot stylists. Even I would go here, and that's saying something!!
And if all of that wasn't enough, there is also a retail area that sells men's skincare products. The founder of the salon, Rob Reed, plans to expand the shop to include other products such as cigars, sports paraphernalia and men's fashions.
Check it out online at www.besttrimintown.com. I think a trend may have just started. And I'm hoping so since I want to see more men taking an interest in looking their best.
