Raw Denim

Definition: Raw denim is essentially unwashed and untreated after the dying process. The fabric is initially dark and rigid. The appeal of a raw denim jean is that with time, they will fade and wear in a natural or authentic way since they fit to the shape of each individual's body. Before factory distressing techniques, this was how people achieved a great looking worn in pair of jeans, but it took some time to achieve. I think it's worth the wait.
