Oscar Fashion - Best Dressed Male Celebrities at the 78th Annual Academy Awards

Will Ferrell and his wife Vivica Paulin are shown here arriving at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood. The thing I'm most distracted by is the sleeve length on his tuxedo jacket. It makes to whole jacket look too big - perhaps it is. It's not like he doesn't have the money to buy a suit that fits or have his sleeves shortened, so what's up?
