Emmy Fashion - The Best Dressed Male Celebrities at the 58th Annual Emmy Awards

Patrick Dempsey may be one of the best looking guys on TV, even when in scrubs. But to see him in a tux, amazing! I am so glad he chose to wear a bow tie that was somewhat substantial--he wore this same look at the last Emmys, but I won't hold it against him.
