Academy Award presenter James McAvoy, who was in 'The Last King of Scotland,' is a mess. I hate to say it, but this guy needs some serious grooming tips. His hair needs a totally different style, he needs to shave (showing off sparse stubble just looks unkept) and he needs to tighten up his tie. He looks like he has been partying all night, yet this is the pre-show arrivals!
