Men's Fashion Highlights at the 80th Annual Academy Awards
The 80th Annual Academy Awards were a little different than in previous seasons due to the writer’s strike. The red carpet coverage was scaled down, and the show itself was more about giving out awards than anything else. Nonetheless, this year’s Oscars still had fanfare and much of what you might expect from the big kahuna of award shows. Here are some highlights of the men at the Oscars.

Fabulous Men's Fashion at the 2008 Grammys
You never know what kind of fashion statements people will be making at the Grammys, except that it will be interesting. The 2008 Grammy Awards was the 50th anniversary of the show so folks put forth a little extra effort and the duds didn't disappoint. And as you can imagine, music legends were in the midst and with that kind of pressure, I'm sure everybody wanted to look their best.

One thing that I love about awards shows like the 2007 American Music Awards is that they are full of fashion surprises. With all of these creative types under one roof you are bound to get everything from jeans and t-shirts to glitter and tuxes. The Emmys is one of the biggest award shows. The women at these events obviously get raked over the coals for the fashion hits and misses. For the guys it's pretty simple--wear a tux.
